 In maternity massage sessions, Mamma-to-be is encouraged to turn inward by concentrating on her body and mind rather than on external events. This session provides soothing nurturing touch.

 Lymphatic drainage relieves swelling that can occur following illness or medical treatment or just from being on your feet all day or even sitting for long stretches of time. With light pressure and repetitive motion - just enough to stretch and release the skin - lymphatic massage gently coaxes fluid away from excess buildup and into working lymph nodes and vessels, improving lymph flow and relieving stagnation.
