Cherie’s journey with massage began in 1994 at South Lake Tahoe School of Massage where she focused on Swedish massage and Sports Therapy. Since then she has acquired 1000’s of schooling hours leading to certifications in Nurturing the Mother maternity massage, Orthopedic/Clinical Massage, Hot Stone Therapy, AromaTouch, and is an Usui Holy Fire Reiki Master.  In 2000 Cherie worked for her 200 Yoga teacher training and built on it yearly. Many years of CEU studies have been done in cupping, aroma, Vedic Thai on the Table, reflexology, & myofascial release.  After 27 years of practice , Cherie Michelle is still deeply moved by the human spirit and our ability to heal. The very modalities she has studied are the same ones she used to heal herself. Often these modalities lead to healthy ways of managing pain & stress.

 Lauren G. Koch (she/her/they/them) is a creator, wanderer, alchemist, healer, teacher, and feeler that has been practicing herbalism, healing, and developing her intuition most of her life. As an interdisciplinary artist, musician, intuitive reader, and healer, her practice has been shaped by the music, lore, and folk healing practices of the Southern Appalachians, where she grew up. 

Through her own struggles with chronic pain, anxiety, and overwork, she has studied many practices including yoga, herbalism, aromatherapy, energy healing, sound healing... just to name a few.  Lauren has melded these experiences and studies into a unique blend of healing and creative mindfulness practices to help downshift the nervous system, release blockages, and turn burnout into balance.

 With over 18 years of healing and teaching experience, her greatest passion now is helping others build a healthy life brimming with fulfillment and authenticity by deepening their connection to intuition and body through healing and self-expression.

Irene Glasse (she/her) is a Reiki master, spiritworker, and yoga teacher based in Western Maryland. She is a longtime teacher of wellness and metaphysical practices in the mid-Atlantic. Her healing practice draws from many wells including Eastern energy anatomy concepts and manipulation, second wave Shamanism, and Western folkloric techniques. Irene is also an author, musician, and community organizer.

Kristen is a 2007 graduate of the New Mexico Academy of Healing arts. In addition to her initial Swedish and Medical massage training, she went on to earn Pre- & Peri-natal Massage certifications well as becoming a Certified Pediatric Massage Therapist. For over 16 years she has been driven to "nurture the nurturers", creating a space and time for others to focus on self. 

Her style has been heavily influenced by the long, flowing strokes and traditions of  Lomi Lomi massage.

A creator and a maker, Kristen is driven to contribute positive change, whether as her garden's steward or within the greater world.
