YOGA offerings on Wednesdays 5:30pm

Cherie’s journey with massage began in 1994 at South Lake Tahoe School of Massage where she focused on Swedish massage and Sports Therapy. Since then she has acquired 1000’s of schooling hours leading to certifications in Nurturing the Mother maternity massage, Orthopedic/Clinical Massage, Hot Stone Therapy, AromaTouch, and is an Usui Holy Fire Reiki Master.  In 2001 Cherie worked for her 200 Yoga teacher training and built on it yearly. She has added certifications in Yoga Nidra. Many years of CEU studies have been done in cupping, aroma, Vedic Thai on the Table, reflexology, & myofascial release.  After 27 years of practice , Cherie Michelle is still deeply moved by the human spirit and our ability to heal. The very modalities she has studied are the same ones she used to heal herself. Often these modalities lead to healthy ways of managing pain & stress.

Irene Glasse (she/her) is a Reiki master, spiritworker, and yoga teacher based in Western Maryland. She is a longtime teacher of wellness and metaphysical practices in the mid-Atlantic. Her healing practice draws from many wells including Eastern energy anatomy concepts and manipulation, second wave Shamanism, and Western folkloric techniques. Irene is also an author, musician, and community organizer.
