Connect with your (somewhat ?) creative self by exploring your emotional body through paint and essential oils. This is NOT a therapy session. It is EXPRESSION❣️ These paintings are meant to be displayed, but you can if you wish. The process and use of aromatherapy to ease our minds and bodies is the real magic and fun!
Wear comfy clothes for we may have to get up and move!! Each participant goes home with a mini journal & a mini roller bottle of the oils used to continue their journey💖
