Our hot stone massage is perfect for those who need to unwind and relax. Our therapists use smooth, heated stones as an extension of their own hands, as well as place them on the body to promote relaxation. This special treatment includes a specific set of essential oils to be dripped up the spine, encouraging deep relaxation to mind & body.

Our massage therapists incorporate massage techniques & advanced levels of study with Swedish massage therapy. We take each visit as a new session, working the skills we have obtained through countless years of service & study. Techniques & training our therapists love to use are clinical/orthopedic, sports, Lomi Lomi, lymph work, cupping , and cold stones.

Our prenatal massage is designed to relieve the physical discomforts of pregnancy, such as back pain, leg cramps, and swollen ankles. Our therapists use gentle techniques that are safe for both mom and baby.

Reiki is an invitation to our body to re-find its balance.
